Who decides who lives and who dies?  I would suppose its the same person who decides whose problems are worth being listened to and whose can be ignored.  This One Who Chooses what a bitch-ass person.  Why is it that when you really need someone to listen to you and maybe help you with your problems not a person who cares enough to listen can be
