saw Pirates of the Caribbean:DMC yesterday. We didn't get there early enough, so we ended up sitting in the 2nd row. and for a person like me, who gets motion sickness very easily...that wasn't exactly the greatest thing to have done. other than almost throwing up and feeling sick for the rest of the day, i thought the movie was pretty good, though ( Read more... )

I agree that the first was better. This one lacked the light-hearted fun; it was much darker.

It was darker, which usually I don't like -coughHARRYPOTTERcough- but this worked since it wasn't really darker till the ending. The scene with the three way sword fight on the island was hilarious so I wouldn't say it lacked light hearted fun. I enjoyed this one more once it got going.

And I got motion sickness too, but we were in the back row.
