apparently the dsl in the entire chicagoland area died for a while yesterday. it was annoying, because kirsten was like, "jana, fix the internet!" and i did everything you can do on the computer and the router and modem, and it did nothing, so i told her it must be the provider who has the problem. and it was. but i'm the tech support for my home.
