This has been made into a drama and I watched it in my Japanese class! It is very cute.

yes i watched it after i finished the book! it was a rather nice incident because i had downloaded the film awhile back and hasn't made time to watch it. then one night at the book-store i work at i was looking for a book of bukowski poems in the poetry section for a customer and happened upon the book which, of course, was misplaced. the title was familiar to me and so i read the back and realized it was the book of the film!! i didn't even know that there was an actual book but it was just published in febuary. needless to say i was a happy girl! i bought it right away.

the movie was nice but not as wonderful as the book because alot of cute funny things between takumi and yuji were left out and also there was no nombre or pooh which meant the plot had to be changed a bit. :(

I will immediately add it to my Amazon cart. It sounds wonderful. I enjoy your book posts a lot, because you manage to describe books in such a genuine way without it being too much. Because as much as I love reading, and love having other people recommend books to me, I find long book reviews/recommendations very tiring. Why read endless reviews about a book when simple, but genuine statements like yours can save me the time to actually read the book? Anyway, thank you very much. :)
