That was absolutely beautiful. It was so breath taking watching the different stages of McCoy and I could really see him in my mind as he changed. It was so believable.

Can't wait for Jim's side.

Ooh, this is beautiful. These lines are so powerful:

Halfway through the summer his uncle finds him crouched in the hay half asleep and then Lenny learns that some things are unexplainable. He learns a lesson in silence that it takes years to unlearn.

And so is this one:

“My legs gonna be like… fucking steel.” Just like his heart, just like everything else in the world the breaks.

Thanks! I always was intrigued by how McCoy had so many nicknames in fanfiction. It made sense to me that he would have quite the backstory to go with each one.

The smell of roses is quite heavenly isn’t it? Ahh I'm glad that you liked Leonard's love life. I just always imagined that he did, at least at some point, love or think he loved Jocelyn. Thank you for your kind review.
