And FINALLY I get around to posting the next three drabbles from my drabble series 'Possibilities'. Finally. After, like, a month. Or something equally ridiculous.

First off: apologies to all those who wanted some ficlets related to the drabbles. Railway's ficlet-sequel is written (Another Man Died Today), but the others aren't. They will be though

They're all great, as usual. But Mounties had me cracking up, for several different reasons. One of them is an inside joke I have with a co-worker. The other was Jack wanting to make a truly mounted policeman of James. Now that could do with more detail, luv. :)

Couldn't it though? I love how conveniant "Mounties" is for Sparrington... repressedBritishlawkeeper and halfmadSexcrazedoutlaw... sounds familiar, don't it? Knew you'd like that Sparrington-ness.

Indeed, it's perfect for them.

I actually cracked up over this at work today. One of the guys got bored a month or so ago and drew this comic about a Mounty. So we were trying to explain the joke behind it to a new guy today, and every time the word Mounty came up, I had lovely images of Jack and James. No wonder they accused me of seeming distracted. ;)

Quite so. And I don't think JackDav would look half bad in a Mounty uniform anyway.
