Awww, little James is just too cute for words! I especially like the image of him wrestling with the dog; I've always picture James having a dog, but I've never been able to write it in. That and him running up and down the road, waving cheerfully at passerby. *snuggles him and makes him cookies*

I love that he has Anne and her family, and I'm probably horrible in wishing that the rest of his family had died so he could just stay with them.

Just as lovely and well written as the last one. :)

*g* Isn't he just the sweetest? The dog kind of hopped up out of nowhere and insisted on existence. Not really "his" dog, so to speak but oh well. ^^
