I don't know if this will help - But you can try reading this. Another person had the similar problem and multiple people have posted answers to it, You can read them to see which one might help.
But I do have an idea - Go into your EA Games folder - Take out all the "Fright" files and put them somewhere safe. Also, if you don't want to have to gather back all your downloads again, I recommend you put those somewhere on your computer too. Then once you have everything you want to keep safe, and not be deleted, uninstall your latest expansion pack, and then reinstall it. Then when it's done, just put all your files back. I've done this before and it helped me! : )
