Thanksgiving has finally rolled around. It looks like I'll be cooking a feast for one once again. The plan was to go see Kriti for Thanksgiving but that ended up getting canceled. I couldn’t watch the election coverage on tv Tuesday night. It’s like watching grass grow or paint dry or some other slow moving thing, like a snail or a slug. At least I didn’t waste my time, since Wednesday morning revealed the thing still wasn’t over. Did you know today ends Daylight Savings Time? I didn't. Luckily today I don't have to be at work until 11:30am, so I was alert enough to notice the clock on my cable box was different (if they did these things on Mondays, when I leave the house at 6am, I would never be awake enough to notice).
