Hey Ev, I read that old entry of yours and believe it or not I even remembered it, but it spoke to me on a much deeper level this time around for I am going through something that I don't want to say is similiar, because I don't want to disrespect you or the hurt you are feeling, but lets just say I have lost someone that I loved. I noticed that you noted your inability to let go as a weakness, and for what it is worth I disagree. Love is not a weakness, compassion is not a weakness. Loving someone, feeling a deep hurt when they are gone from our lives, loving them when they no longer love us or no longer see us... these aren't weaknesses, these aren't flaws, these make you better than those who "just let go" in a sense. Our world has become jaded, it has become cold and too many people write others off in their lives, to love and hold on to someone who is gone is a good thing in many ways. You DO have to accept that he is gone and that you did make mistakes, but you were young, we all have a grandparent we've lost when we were young
