Ive been truly fucked over on my placement!  smashing.  i thought the college wanted us to pass.

anywho, its quite hard to explain to those of you who arent on the course, and theres too much to explain for those who are.  But basically, everything was fine until the tutor came...

if i fail we are writing a letter of appeal.  if

that's really gash peach. particularly number 8; it's pretty fucked up that they don't bother telling you until it's too late.

the educator admitted that alot of it was her fault yesterday!

i dont want to blame her though, cos shes a great OT and really good with students...its just this gap between her and the college.

anyway...

she might be really nice etc but its ur degree and u have to think wether u dont want to hurt her feelings (even tho shes admitted it was her fault and ur probs never going to see her ever again) or wether u want to get a good grade and pass ur placement/degree. cos none of its ur fault so dont let urself get stuck with the blame FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!!!! *begins painting placards*

its prob cos she's not used to having students from our uni and therefore doesnt no how to do things with us! she might have thought u were doing well until she prepared for the visit. on my cardiff placement my educator was amazed to see how hard our learning outcomes were! when she looked at them in like week three she told me to kick my ass into gear. our outcomes are waaay harder and different to cardiffs so she wasnt used to the level of difficulty!

yeah thats what i think has happened..or something like that. its just sad that i havent had the chance to do anything, so now the tutor thinks im poo.

oh, ive apparently done really well this week...proves everything ive said!

ill find out tomorrow anyway!
