That's exactly what i thought better to just do that than it happen and than there is the risk of everything else that happens after something like that

That's such a tough situation, and a hard question. I've been person A. It sucks. I remember doing things like that, looking at old IM conversations of my boyfriend, things I shouldn't be doing. And it's even worse when you actually find something that really really hurts you. And yeah, sometimes things are sketchy and you feel like you had good reason to be snooping around. But the truth is, if you can't trust someone, then they can't trust you, and even if you haven't done anything wrong, you're no better than they are because even if the relationship doesn't fall apart, you have two people that can't trust each other, and that never works. We all have things we probably don't want others to know about, and if anyone should be respectful of that, it should be people we really care about and that really care about us. I'm not saying turn a blind eye to things that seem suspicious, but from having experience as being someone that has trouble trusting, it's always better in the end to confront someone to their face if you have worries

you're not an idiot. i agree w/ carrie. if you need to know something and the person seems to not be honest then you do what you have to do to validate things. :)
