I’ve been accused of raping an ex. This puts me in a difficult spot, because I didn’t do it, and there is nothing I can say which will prove it didn’t happen. I can’t say “this is what happened, and I know better now”, because it didn’t happen.

Wow I haven't heard from you in so long, and I am sorry you are going through this. I know one other guy who is going through similar sorts of accusations. He is someone that I can't even imagine him doing something like what someone is accusing him of, that someone is a person who has an ax to grind against him and is making life miserable for him now. The thing is normally I completely listen to the victim, but in his case, I think he is the victim. Like in your case, it sounds to me like someone has set you up to be taken into hell for their own revenge for you not doing what they want. I don't agree with that sort of thing, if I did, Josh would have been dead long ago (insidently he an I are friends again, just not really close friends)
