i don't know how i always manage to get fooled, and convince myself to believe people who i can feel viscerally are probably lying.

the back of my throat is burning. i have a birthday present here for someone i haven't talked to in a week and can't get ahold of.

and i'm not hungry,

but i'm very, very sad.

so...apparently his grandfather died and he lost his wallet with everyone's phone numbers in it? at least there's contact now.

(nods) well I hope things get back on track and maybe you guys could figure out a new way to contact eachother in case something like this happens again....I dunno it is touchy because there was a death but its not cool to leave you hanging either.
