I support everything you just said! I just recently made the choices that you have been making for a while now and I am very happy with myself and how I feel in result. I am trying to understand the caffeine aspect of this though, can you explain that a little more? I think the only caffeinated drink I consume is coffee but I am open minded about erasing that. Also how long have you been living this way, are any of your reasons political, do you get confronted about your lifestyle often, how have you seen changes in yourself as a result of this lifestyle?

I used to get a lot of shit about not drinking, but now that Straight Edge is so popular, it's not so common anymore. I haven't seen any changes, really, but I just feel better. I feel better knowing that I'm always in control of myself, never influenced by foreign substances. Drunk people do a lot of shitty things and then blame it on ( ... )
