Another game, another permissions post!
So! Hyobu is an esper. That means he has the ability to read minds in various different ways. Along with the power to turn into people or impersonate them using hypno. Annnnd even control others using it. Thus I will break this down in a very simple manner!
Can Hyobu:
Read your characters mind?
If yes, just surface thoughts, or the whole nine yards?
Use hypnosis on them?
Turn into them using hypno?
For the record, 'surface thoughts' is just that. What they're thinking right then. It would also mean he could pick up their name without needing an introduction, if they're not human, simple things like that. A full yes would just mean he could know what kind of powers a person has, bits of their history, etc. Though unless the character gives him reason to IC, he won't go diving full into a persons past.
For those who say no to mind reading entirely: I'll ICly chalk it up to the whole 'different worlds/planets/universes thing', and say they're thinking in a language Hyobu can't really comprehend.
As for hypnosis, it can be pretty much anything! I'll always ask OOCly before I have him impersonate someone. As well as before he forces them to do anything using it.
