Particulars: Not many of Ulquiorra’s abilities have been shown yet, besides the abilities that are common among the Arrancar. These abilities will be updated as more of his abilities are revealed. References are consistent, unless otherwise separated by a semi-colon.
Arrancar abilities:
Utility;
→ Garganta - Literally meaning "throat", this is how Arrancar move to and from Hueco Mundo. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.

→ Sonído - Literally meaning "sound", this is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami Shunpo (flash steps) and the Quincy Hirenkyaku; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonído is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound caused by Shunpo.

→ Pesquisa - Literally meaning "inquiry", it is the equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense spiritual pressure. It functions similar to sonar.
→ Caja Negación - Literally meaning "negation box", it is a cube that when used on a subject, traps them in an alternate dimension from which there is no escape; however, this assumes it's being used as intended. More powerful Arrancar, namely the Espada themselves, can escape given enough time. Only the Espada possess it.

Offensive;
→ Enhanced Strength - This is self-explanatory, as Hollows are stronger than humans; the higher the stage of a Hollow, the more powerful said Hollow is. Ulquiorra has shown the ability to kick Ichigo Kurosaki into a tower with one kick after chasing him down.

→ Bala - Literally meaning "bullet", this technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it like a bullet from their fist. It’s notably weaker than the Cero, but it moves at least twenty times faster and can be fired at a hired rate. Unlike Ulquiorra's Cero, this retains the natural red color that it has.

→ Cero - Literally meaning "zero", a Cero is a high-powered energy blast that can be fired from various body parts; he most commonly does from either his hand or a finger. His Cero is a green color instead of red, which is more common among the population of Arrancar and Hollows.

→ Gran Rey Cero - Literally meaning "great king zero", it is an Espada-exclusive version of the Cero attack which involves the use of the user's blood into the formation of the Cero.

→ Cero Oscuras ("Oscuro" being the correct Spanish) - Literally meaning "dark zero", it is an Espada-exclusive attack that they can only use in their released state. It's just a black Cero, which Ulquiorra states is similar to Tensa Zangetsu's Getsuga Tenshō. Ulquiorra's Cero Oscuras is powerful enough to blast Ichigo's mask away and destroy a large part of the city-sized dome of Las Noches. There isn't a rule that forbids an Espada to use Cero Oscuras in Las Noches, so the Gran Rey Cero is presumably stronger than it, since it has a restriction. Though, while Ichigo was in his hollowification state, he was able to counter Grimmjow's Gran Rey Cero, and so the technique may differ in power between the Espada. It's also possible that it is only usable in the Espada's released state, meaning it is only forbidden to be used by Espada above Cuarta. This, however, would not include the Espada lower than the top four Espada from simultaneously releasing their zanpakutō and performing Cero Oscuras.

Defensive;
→ Hierro - Literally meaning "iron", this is the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released zanpakutou barehanded, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar have proportionally stronger skin.

Ulquiorra’s abilities:
→ Instant Replay - Ulquiorra has the unusual ability to replay events he has seen to others by removing and crushing his left eye, which then turns into dust and flows around those Ulquiorra intends to use it on. The dust shows images of what Ulquiorra has seen and sensed during his missions.
He also has the ability to open what seems like separate Garganta fields to show what is happening elsewhere at that very moment.

→ High-Speed Regeneration - Having sacrificed enormous strength for the ability to regenerate any part of his body except for his brain and internal organs, Ulquiorra is the only Espada to be able to do so. He is by no means invincible due to this; if he loses too many of his organs and he is already weakened, he can, and will, die, his body slowly turning to ash as he does so. This regeneration power can explain why he took such an interest in Orihime's powers of event rejection when he had initially seen them.

→ Zanpakutou - With the command of "tozase" (bind), Ulquiorra is able to release his zanpakutou, Murciélago (Spanish for "bat", Japanese for "big black-winged demon"). The handle is green and the guard has two curved extensions from its shorter sides, giving it an eye-like appearance. Ulquiorra’s been proven to rely mostly on hand-to-hand combat, favoring aerial combat during any situation. He only draws his sword against opponents he considers "worthy of being destroyed".

→ Resurrección - Murciélago unleashes with a burst of spiritual energy that falls around Ulquiorra as black rain. In his released state Ulquiorra gains giant wings on his back, his hair becomes longer and wilder, and his Hollow helmet centers atop his head, with two large horns extending outward to the sides towards the front, reminiscent of the silhouette of a Vasto Lorde's head. The lines on his face become broader and more triangular, and retain their green color. His Arrancar attire becomes more form fitting, covering even his fingers and closed at the top becoming more like a robe towards the bottom. In this form he uses a spike-like weapon instead of a sword that can easily destroy a small part of Las Noches, along with part of Ichigo's mask.

→ Resurrección Special Ability - His speed and endurance is greatly enhanced to the point that Ichigo's hollow mask-enhanced Bankai has difficulty keeping up, let alone damaging him. His Hierro has also vastly increased in strength, where a Tensa Zangetsu's Getsuga Tenshou with Ichigo's mask activated has no effect at all..

→ Resurrección Segunda Etapa - Segunda Etapa can be presumed as the Arrancar equivalent of a Shinigami's Bankai. He refers to his second state as "true despair," both before and after it's release, most likely because it's power instills fear and despair upon the opponent. While he retains his black wings, he's nude, revealing his chest where blood-like liquid seemingly flows out from his enlarged Hollow hole. Black fur covers him from the waist down, as well as mid-bicep down to his fingertips, and he grows a flexible tail, able to wrap around things and grip them tightly in its grasp. His fingers grow claw-like extensions while his feet gain a more animalistic appearance. The whites of his eyes turn a teal color, while the irises become yellow, much as a Vizard's eyes would when wearing their mask. Also, the marks under his eyes are wider, and there are marks on his forehead as well, which, unlike his previous forms, are black instead of green. The hollow mask turns into horns, and his rank number appears non-existent. While in this form, he has overwhelming spiritual power, similar to that of an ocean weighing one down. Ulquiorra in his second form has a reiatsu that can easily match or even overpower those of Kurosaki Ichigo and Zaraki Kenpachi while they're at full power.

→ Instantaneous Cero Oscuras - Ulquiorra can fire a seemingly instant Cero Oscuras while in his second state. The technique is highly similar to a Bala attack because of its tremendous speed, only with the proportional strength of a Cero Oscuras, as opposed to the standard red Cero.

→ Lanza del Relámpago - Literally meaning "lightning lance", it is a yellow-lit lance that Ulquiorra can seemingly form by compressing his spiritual power between his hands the first time, and instantly create more in just the palm of his hand. The first time he uses it is during his fight with Ichigo, and he has trouble controlling it, more than likely due to its power.
