T minus 60 minutes & counting...

Elizabeth & I are in the pre-operation waiting room. Her folks are crashed out at the hotel. I'll be taken for the pre-operation procedures in an hour. My operation itself will take place at 11:30.

I couldn't sleep at all last night, but that's not exactly important. I'll have plenty of time to sleep later today.
