Get good shoes and replace them like every couple months, try arch supports too.

Also stregnten your shins by doing those raises onto your toes. It feels more like your working your calves but it's good for shins too.

Running is the hardest shit ever on your body, I couldn't take it, haha. Go you for stickin to it!

P.S. I run on the treadmill & it still hurts! : ( I think it*s just that I*m a lil outta shape, & also I have about 25 pounds more than I had when I played soccer/tennis. Haha.

Try doing squats... if ya know what I mean. ;-)

I HEAR THAT. I have really huge calves & really TINY ankles, I know ALL about hurt ankles... : ( Do you have boy legs & grrl ankles, too?

...It*s better than cankles though, right?

i have boy legs and grrl ankles!

huge, muscular calves, and little ankles lol. same thing with my big arms and little wrists :( *flexes*

Yes. Me too. Huge torso, nice (upper) legs, ENORMOUS calves, baby ankles... I hate it.
