Okay, someone really, really needs to write a Top Gun McShep fusion. I mean, come on, John = Hotshot Pilot = Maverick, and Rodney = Hotshot Physicist = Charlie. Top Gun has a really young and very hot Tom Cruise, and it has very young and hot Val Kilmer, flying planes and being snarky and angst-y and generally oozing sexual tension. The physicist is a woman called Charlie, and she and Tom Cruise are in luuuuuuurve, in the movie she's kind of a side note, but I think that Rodney could overcome that. :D The imdb profile is helpful to some extent, but it's really a great movie.

lol, I've never actually seen Top Gun but I did a vid spoofing Tarantino's speech about Top Gun being gay and did it for Life on Mars being gay. You can see it here:

If you like it I may think about doing something similar for McShep but I don't think I'll end up writing something unless I saw the film and that's looking doubtful. It does sound interesting though :)
