STOP! take one step back, and look at what you are putting yourself threw. Nothing is worth not eating or making you feel guilty because you ate something, no fuck that. Nothing is worth what you are putting yourself threw, NOTHING. You should NEVER let anyone or anything make you feel bad about yourself. Now working out, tanning thats all good stuff and its good to do but dont do it because you dont feel good about yourself.Do it cuz you want to. Its not gonna help, it might seem like it has but its gonna be there in the back of your head until you figure out what is making you feel this way and face it. Sorry to come off so blunt but honey you need it. I just wana help you. I dont want you to feel like you arent beautiful because you are. Your perfect just the way you are. I know i havnt seen you in a little bit but i dont care i know your PERFECT. It dosent take a rocket scientist to see it. I'm not gonna call u... its about 5 or 6 ur time.. And you work all day and don't get to sleep in.. so I am not going to wake u up!! U can call me when you get this cause I can always sleep in.. its not fair to keep u up! And if you want, you can call me and have me call u back so u don't have to spend the money to talk to me... for some reason germany isn't local :)
