I began my Du training this monday, with the holidays and all the foods it will be tough. Although with the du season starting May im not too worried about it!
Lets start with goals!
reduce min/km from 5:20 to under 5
Bike km/hr from 28km/hr to 29.5+
Finish sprint Duathlon in under 1:08
