I didn't stay home. I spent some time at home in the morning, washing dishes and doing laundry and listening to Bach, and after that I walked to Masonville and took the bus back, listening to Bach (and I'm liking the cover you gave me for my discman. Thanks again).
Yes, for two hours or so I wandered around the mall spending money. I wondered if anyone would notice that I said my day was spiritual -- but that I also admitted to having a pretty material day. What can I say? I'm a mass of contradictions. I'm an enigma, truly.
This little existentialist has spent a near-spiritual day listening to 25 cantatas (several more than once), as well as 14 adagios, The Art of Fugue, the Brandenburg Concertos, and the Goldberg Variations.

I'm not a big fan of Bach, as you know, but give me a call in December and we'll set up some sort of Beethovenathon. With the time difference, we could have a 37 hour Beethoven Birthday Bash.
