I guess this should have been posted on the previous entry, but eh. So the apartment thing hasn't been working out...sorry to hear that. I don't know what all three of your financial situations are, but have you thought about trying to find a house in Tempe? If any or all of your parents were willing to contribute to a down payment, you may be able to swing the mortgage payments with whatever you would have paid rent with. There might be more options regarding this than you realize. If this peaks your interest and you want to find out more, I might be able to squeeze in some MLS searches for you ladies to see what's on the market. 3 bed and 2 bath is quite common for most housing markets.
