Natsumatsuri (summer festival)

Event was alright - too much sitting in boiling sun and listening to loud speakers. Also, sometimes-sunlight sometimes-shade made it difficult to get good exposures. I guess the highlight was taking photos of small people. And, well, maybe the shots didn't turn out that bad considering they were all taken from the same spot (it was too crowded to move around).
Should have bought that polariser when I was at Ted's!
