I like that one, but since I never have cream of tartar I replace it with white vinegar. And since I love cinnamon I add a few dashes of it to the batter and use a 1:1 ratio of white sugar and cinnamon for rolling the cookies in. Good luck! :D
They're so easy I think it would be hard to screw them up. XD Just make sure to leave the butter out to soften rather than trying to cream it while it's hard and don't microwave it because it gets melty and that makes your cookies hard. I'm sure they'll come out nicely!
