apparently, several bombs exploded at Liverpool Station and now all the stations are closed and just to make public tranpsortation more hell-ish, the bus service has been withdrawn. okay, i can walk 5-7 miles.. no problemo.. in the rain. with a blender and purse. oh. this is going to be a fun day

Oh my goodness, I'm so glad you're okay. I saw the headlines this afternoon and freaked out. Thankfully, both you and the other person I know in the London area did things on the Internet/AIM to say they're fine.

one of the other girls i work with just walked in and asked, "did you hear about london?" i first thought she was referring to the olympics.

i'm really glad to see you're ok though. the walk sounds annoying, but avoiding public transportation sounds like a good idea right now. and, to echo jeff--be careful and be safe.
