Killin someone would delete them. Cause enough hp damage, and I'd say its obliterated in whatever fashion you desire. If the act of oblitieration causes a further effect (like a fiery explosion that damages everyone in the area), then you have to purchase that power in addition to the damage causing one. Remember, everything has hitpoints. Walls, doors, paperclips, etc.
That transpose is gonna be VERY costly. Dexterity = Speed = Movement. Create an area effect that buffs dexterity however much you want. Bump the dex high enough, and you be moving so fast, it will appear instantanious.
Anthromorphism eh.... Bump your bluff and you can convince whoever you want that the wall is talking. Or the chair. Or the spoon. Bluff = illusion for all intents and purposes.
