yea finally got my pictures back, and i'm posting them, oh yea... here they are:
These are a bunch of different pics from different places but i'll try to orgranize them....
First things first. Gore Mountain was awesome!
What a sight from this trail, Fairview, well this view was much better than fair!
a couple of panormas i took while we were there...
This trip redefined the meaning of the word glade for me, many of the glades there were rocky trails undernearth the lift lines, with tons of awesome drops along the way...these next three pics are of the darkside glades, my favorite glade there...
this shot was taken from behind a ten foot boulder...
this was another cool glade, this is the view of high pines from the chairlift, specifically of a 15 foot cliff we saw this one kid jump, he landed back and ended up eating his knees and flopping on his back. yea i went off the right side of this one...haha
ah a true glade... this is a view of a sweet chute on the chatiemac glades, tons of powder down there!...
then there was the trail that every one was talking about at gore, The Rumor. Here's a picture of my brother, me, and my uncle in front of the very straight talking sign at the entrance to the trail, with the Rumor behind us, shrouded in white mist, rather artificial snow...
damn this was a steep trail! The Rumor:
a shot from the side of the trail really put things into perspective...
i can't see a thing!
hell yea, this'll be good! ready to shred some serious powder...
after an awesome two days of skiing in the southern adirondacks, we left gore. I snapped this shot of a killer sunset before i dozed off...
On to the completely RANDOM pics...
me playing American Idiot by Green Day on my lil bro's bass. note, i don't actually practice, i just mess around on it and learn random songs when i feel like it...
and here's hunter playing the same song on his new guitar...
our cat ellie begging for me to drop some ham...
here are two shots i took during our last trip to waterville when my dad and i got certified...here's the view from the wall residence balcony of WV in the early morning light...
in the living room of the condo we were staying at. The buck stopped here...
I leave you now with two pictures I took in our backyard during a recent snowstorm. The trees look ghostlike and it was sooooo quiet when i took this picture. this reminds me of why i love snow...
Well that's all for now... I will update later because today has been hectic, and posting these pics made me feel a lot better...
