this shouldn't be a surprise. and this appointment isn't illegal.

by having a press secretary from fox news doesn't mean he is only now controlling the media. the media by far and large is conservative, so he's always has had them on his side. McClellan was terrible as well. i don't think it matters who it is, whoever is the press secretary will have the job to mislead the press and dodge the tough questions. i think the fact that this Snow used to work for FOX make this that much more humorous.

in reality, bush will probably not be impeached. feingold is the only one trying to censure him and all the other democrats have backed into their holes. if the democrats can't even unite to censure the president, what makes us think they'll come together to impeach him? the only way bush can be impeached is to have a majority in both houses, but more importantly in the senate. which is why 06 will be such a decisive election year.
