i made rice pudding today. i was a bit skeptical about the milk-to-rice ratio from my googled recipe (4 cups to 1/3 cup) but it turned out ok. I think next time i'll use less sugar and less butter b/c it was too rich. the bengal tiger tea-infused milk was a nice touch though. yum
