I went up to Montreal on Wednesday & went out for birthday dinner with Tara and Dan at a yummy Ethiopian place (thank you Tara-dear, even though you never read this :P). We spent the day wandering around downtown (fighting the icky snow) and did v. restrained shopping (hoodie and a layering shirt for $17, taxes included
