I got an apartment off campus with a cool guy from Tualatin. I was really excited until I drove by the apartments. They are off campus and they are crap. They were built back in

Why don't you try and take out a second student loan, like one from a bank or something?

Also, shit apartments are definitely NOT the end of the world. Trust me. If this is truly your dream college you will find a way to make it work.

I am trying to make it work. I have talked and almost figured out my loan, also am now kinda happy with my living situation but may be able to change.
