lately, i've been listening to new music, but it doesn't count because i don't like it. i get on acquisition and acquire things that come up when i search for "techno remix" for gym purposes. it kicks up some fun 15- and 20-year-old overdone songs remixed into laughability. good for treadmills and whatnot

i'm not bad at decisionmaking. i'm just bad at sticking to things once i make a decision. all choices are revocable at any time, it's just a matter of difficulty. being a gemini isn't easy.

I'm actually taking Legal Profession right now; they open it up to first years and I figured I could get a requirement out of the way so that I can take more fun classes later. I find it frustrating about the lack of ethics in the class, since it seems to be all about the Model Rules, but the professor I have is actually really good. He is very cynical, tells funny stories about unethical lawyers and scary law firms, and occasionally hints at disobeying the rules when they don't mesh with what's ethical. He also has a very soothing voice. While I enjoy listening to him, as soon as one of my classmates open their mouths I realize I am surrounded by people who seem to need these rules because they have no idea what is appropriate.
