French Silk pie?????

For some reason, "French silk pie" makes me think of pie crust filled with lingerie. I'm assuming that's not it?

It's a chocolate pie, but the filling is a very smooth but fairly light chocolate cream. Not at all pudding like or oozy or gelatinous, or like mousse...a little hard to describe. Usually topped with some whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Gosh darnit, now you've made me yearn for chocolate, and it's 10.30 pm. Maybe I'll make chocolate truffles tomorrow. Yes indeed, I shall. *nods*
