From what I hear, the main differences between the NuraMago anime and the manga (I've only read it, so I can't confirm for sure) is that the anime makes Rikuo take a lot longer to accept his role as boss (Chichuu kept comparing him to Tsuna) and focuses a lot more on romance, which is barely a factor in the manga (except for humor purposes). That is a lot of parentheses.
