Clue, dog, doorbell, carpal tunnel event update

dog- the dog is having large problems seeing. and i've been negligent in not finding him some B15 and making up infusions for drops. so, whether it's the failing sight or unhappiness with his current situation, he started to relieve himself in the house. usually around meals when he isn't getting what he wants to eat. but i can't pin down the reason for certain. advancing age is my attribution. being a very messy dog, linoleum covers carpeting to increase his restricted range of motion. but it's starting to be a multiple- time-a-day occurance. luckily it's getting warmer and we are able to leave the door open for him to come in and out at will. no dog known to man can scream as shrilly or continuously as this one, which he does when he is locked outside unable to come in. so this is a better solution. he screams but not as much. unfortunately, he has taken the new situation as an opportunity to go *less* completely out toward the ground before going.

doorbell- someone rang the doorbell at 4am this morning. fun.

Clue- recently finished Clue. it was an ornate game and after disabling hardware acceleration it worked less maddingly slowly and i was able to hear the dialogue without constant glitch. i like adventure games, but not character talky games, so it was a bit trying. but i'm trying to be more "make the best of it" and trudging along, when i know choices are limited. as games are. not much to recommend it, kinda glad it's over.

carpal tunnel- did not know how to spell that before. my computer chair broke and i've been using other chairs from around the house that are completely unsuitable. as a result i am getting carpal tunnel from using the mouse. i got myself a gel pad, such as it is. but the computer table is much higher than my seat height and i'm starting to have pain all the time along my right forearm. the old chair also swiveled, unlike the new ones (i keep changing to find less painful ones to use), so i seem to be suffering from trunk twisting problems as well. i want a henry miller(?) chair, but am not willing to pay the $700. they had mesh bottom and back chairs at Staples. that is until i went to buy one!
