Went for a 1 mile walk / jog this morning and HOLY COW it was harder then the 6 mile bike ride yesterday. What the? I also finally manned up and stood on the scale. GRRRRI am back to 250lbs. This WILL NOT DO! Do you hear me universe. I will win this!!!!!

First week, run three days/week: Walk four minutes, run one. Alternate five times.
Second week, run three days/week: Walk three, run two. Alternate five times.
Etc. The worst thing you can do to yourself is to run too much, too soon. Your body needs time to adjust to the impact, so use this plan to avoid injury. Good luck and keep on keepin' on! You absolutely can do it!
Also, get your ass to a zumba class or something FUN!
