It is all kind of strange. I have gone back and forth between giving my feelings a lot of importance, and giving my analytical mind a lot of importance, and then I learned a good lesson of balance, with the help of none other than my dear Lev; Accept your feelings as they are, but don't take them too seriously. It's not very easy for me to describe adequately, but when I can get myself into it, it really works. It's kind of like this: feel your feelings as they are, and don't avoid them... feel them fully with your emotions, and sort of look at them objectively, also. Then have compassion for yourself, and think some good thoughts about it. I don't know if that explained anything, really, 'cause I can't quite articulate this well. But it's something that has helped me a lot to stay balanced and happy with myself and my life.
