Horrific stream of news keeps coming out of New Orleans. People have turned to animals, looting the stores and raping children. My imaginary literary world and consequent wishful hopes in humanity were replaced by a bubbling anger, a rage. Fists cringe at the mere thoughts of the hellish nightmare that is happening there right now. How can

That's a question allot of us are asking right now. There's all sorts of theories floating around. The most prevelant is that the people who were left behind were the poorest of the poor and already came from extremely violent neighborhoods
