Yeah, I mean. He might be a creepy basement dwelling-or room dwelling, I guess-otaku, but that also means he's so wrapped up in the 2D world that he pretty much lives there and goes on auto-pilot here. I doubt he'd be able to overpower anyone anyway, even if he did for whatever reason want to.
