Oh my, a review!

First preview screening of 2012 and unfortunately not off to a good start. Going to try and start writing these semi-regularly again as I expect writing to be a big part of my life this year.

Through out my primary and secondary education I studied some popular works of classic literature which are considered to be essential reading material

I completely understand where you're coming from but it sounds to me more a direction problem than anything else. First of all directed and starring Ralph Fiennes? That just screams self indulgent to me. We all know, especially in the last few years, how big a self involved fan of himself Ralph Fiennes actually is. I know you are reviewing a movie and not the person but when he's trying to make some epic Shakespearean Oscar-bait it's hard not to judge the man
