Earlier today there was a memorial service in the cathedral in Oslo, for the victims of the terror in Oslo and at Utøya. The King and Queen were present, as was the Prime Minister and other members of government. The P.M spoke at the service. Here is a

Thanks. I listened to the speech, got bits of it but not every word. Was most impressed with their Majesties showing emotion.

Very very well done in an impossible to imagine situation. Norway will move forward and recover far better than the US would (and indeed, has) in light of similar madness.
