I think this all the time. I think it's such a huge waste of time to hate yourself so much -- any part of you. It's just seems like it's not worth it.

Oh man, I really feel ya on this. Any time I see a girl doing that thing that is ingrained in us from an early age, picking on our bodies, it makes me feel rage. I refuse to do it myself...I've watched my mom do it her entire life and she thinks that if she doesn't pick on my body that I'm not affected by it. She can be really stupid sometimes.
