Thanks for all the good thoughts and wishes for Sean. Here are a few before (first days in the cast) and after (the day it cane off) plus the xray and something found under the cast. Stumped both me and the cast tech, but he said he'd seen weirder things than that. Any insight - serious or just plain silly - would be welcome.

I am stumped too. Almost looks like a nipple. Possibly off the bottom of something to make it not slip? Or maybe the aliens implanted it there and they will now come for you because you removed it!

Nah.. it fell off when the cast came off. Maybe an interdimentional ship that miscalculated and got under his cast?

Since the post, btw, he is kind of standing as long as he's holding onto something. So running is not too far off, I suspect.
