Today I went to donate plasma, as is now my biweekly custom. This visit was decidedly less than successful. An hour, a puncture in each arm, and $10 later, I'm left with two growing bruises and an intact supply of plasma. I can't decide if the bruises make me look more or less like a heroin addict than the normal marks do. I'm leaning more toward ( Read more... ) -

Now it's personal, no-name cable provider. You know, it never really bothered me when MTV2 or some other channel became frozen for days or weeks on end, but USA is the new frozen channel, and I'm a little sad.

Ahh! Two cops from the University Police just came by to see if we knew anything about the murder. Apparently they're canvassing all of Magnolia. More creepiness.
