sometimes when you are down you just don't want to come back up, you feel like you can't. it's a good thing that i live in sunny az or else i would get down just having to watch the rain and be wet all the time. the sun really is good for you. fortunatly it doesn't take much for me to get happy again, somehow i just get over what was making me sad.
