CreMo 2014: Starting Stats!
Every year I like to start CreMo off by taking stock of where I am so that I know exactly how much progress I was able to make by the end of the month.
My goals this year are much larger than they have been in the past. (I've got some extra free time for once!) They are:
1) Complete my Trailer Park Challenge which includes: posting the next pic spam and heir poll, playing until the heir is an adult, and posting a summary after finishing
2) Post chapter 25 of the Penguinos. I've started this chapter but it is going to be BIG and I only have a handful of scenes written and two filmed at this point.
3) Complete an additional 20 slides on my next OWBC chapter. This could be either filming for written slides, writing for filmed slides, or creating entirely new slides.
So let's see where I am at right now:
Goal 1: Trailer Park Challenge
I have played up to the heir poll (one of my sims will teen in one sim day) and I have the pictures sorted for the pic spam. All I have to do is post it, wait a few days to close the poll, and then play to the end of the challenge.
Goal 2: Chapter 25 of the Penguinos
Completed Slides: 19
Slides with Pictures and No Text: 0
Slides with Text and No Pictures: 22
So I have a lot of work to do on this goal. In fact, since I have switched to using Gadwin for my photos I might even retake the 19 slides that I have completed. There aren't a lot of game play photos that are going to work for this chapter so I have my writing and staging/filming cut out of me. Yay challenge!
Goal 3: OWBC Slides
Completed Slides: 40
Slides with Pictures and No Text: 3
Slides with Text and No Pictures: 17
That is...exactly the same starting stats as last year when my goal was to complete 25 new slides for this chapter. Oops! Anyway, completed slides needs to be at 60 for me to have achieved this goal by the end of the month.
