I have one class left tomorrow, and two finals next week. I am so relieved i'm almost done. I stayed up all night last night finishing my papers and studying for an exam i had today. I'm really nervous because I'm not sure how I did on the test or what grade i'm going to get on the paper. the test is worth 25% and the paper is worth 15% of my grade ( Read more... )

Yesterday, there were reports of the Governor pointing out that the current budget impasse could lead to shutting down parts of state government, including the UW.

Governor Doyle was doing his duty,  identifying the unavoidable consequences of the potentially irresponsible trajectory the state seems to be on.

I've officially been in GB for a week. Training went really well, and I had my first shift on Thursday. Since only freshman are here, it was really slow.
