The thing I hated the MOST about living in LA and having to go to Dodgers games (aside from them being Dodgers games and being a Giants fan), was that 40-60% of their fans leave the Chavez Ravine by the end of the 8th inning. It's ridiculous. Doesn't matter if the game is tied. And if they're winning or losing by more than 2 runs, it's more like 80% leave.
On a more cheery note, I found out when I got home that the baseball that's been sitting in our living room for ages was actually a foul ball my mom caught on September 8, 2001 in Colorado off Jason Schmidt when he was still with the Giants. My parents were supposed to fly home the evening of the 11th, which obviously did not happen and ended up having to drive home nearly a week alter, so somehow in all of that I never heard the story about the foul ball she caught. :)
